The liberal media are nuts. When I was in high school, I went to an engineering and science seminar held by the Naval Academy. I was billeted in Bancroft Hall (the one giant dormitory) for a week. Any FReeper vet who did a turn at USNA should remember the ramp leading from the dorm area into King Hall (the one giant dining hall for all the midshipmen).
That ramp was similar to what Trump was walking upon. It actually had deep grooves in it, presumably to keep midshipmen in full dress from slipping and falling.

Theoretically, you can get skin cancer from exposure to USED ENGINE OIL, per studies that were done on laboratory mice. And it was long-term exposure, over months.
But anyone smart enough to wash any used engine oil off their skin would likely avoid it.
