Who is the lady who has been sitting at the Defense table? Tuesday she was at the end on Rittenhouse’s left

She's an attorney on the defense team.... Her last name is Wisco. She was explaing the malfeasance with the video tape to the judge earlier.

They got to the defense testimony this afternoon. Just one on the stand today - the young one - Travis McMichael..

I was having a hard time trying to figure out who the defendants were around the table and the attorneys. The judge wanted them all to swear that they knew the rules on taking the stand and asked each one to stand to take that oath. HA - everyone stood so I still didn’t know but got them sorted out as the day went on.

I was out of the room when the defendant broke down on the stand. Truthfully, it’s sometimes difficult to remember which trial it is that is being covered. I know the jury is out in WI but the courtroom scenes overlap one another in my mind.

No problem - ask away and I’ll answer if I can. I don’t expect a verdict soon in the WI case and think it’s naive of the “experts” on TV to say it’s taking a long time. That’s nonsense. I think it would take the rest of the year just to get through the instructions.

Greg Jarrett didn’t seem to think so. He said last night he’d never seen such a mess made of instructions. No one speaking as an expert yesterday understood what he was reading to the jurors/court. When they had a break one of them asked, “do you think the jurors will understand that?” and someone replied, “I don’t even understand what I just heard.”

I guess we’ll be seeing just how well they understood those instructions. I don’t expect the jury back any time soon and those “experts” seem to think it’s taking a long time.

I hear you. Remember, though, there are many counts here, and the lawyers wanted to include all the particulars for each count.
