Why not sue the:
Shoe company the shooter was wearing
The clothing company he was wearing
Hat company he was wearing
Glasses company he was wearing
Bullet company
Brass company
Lead company
Etc, etc, etc.
The only research on this topic (that I independently did—I could not care less what anybody else has to say on this topic) was I compared SH to other well known school shootings.
There were lots of wounded kids at the other school shootings—not at SH.
That was a raving red flag to me.
The Deep State has gone to extraordinary measures to frame a narrative on this one, using almost all the standard Truth Suppression techniques:

Here is a gal that talks about her PTSD and how emotional she gets when thinking about it. She claims to have been one of the students hiding. (One of the photos in the story shows a stool, upright, with a piece of paper resting on the stool just in front of a doorway. Compare and contrast to any other mass shooting scene.)
It would be interesting to get an expert’s opinion. She doesn’t seem to be emotional at all when recounting that day. Just a rapid-fire accounting of the day.

Yeah—this is part of the “truth suppression” approach.
Attack anyone who dares ask questions or investigates as harming the alleged victims.
(In the case of Vince Foster I remember they trotted out family members begging investigators to just “leave this tragedy alone”. This is a textbook Deep State tactic to intimidate whistle-blowers and curious citizens.)

Wolfgang Halbig, the former state trooper that did a lion's share of uncovering the fraud, received evidence from two different lunch, milk, etc. delivery companies, attesting to the fact that throughout that semester all deliveries for Sandy Hook Elementary were received and accepted at the Chalk Hill School location on Fan Hill Road.
The district school listing (lower left in my earlier panel) showed statistically-impossible, identical school information for the two school buildings 8 miles distant from one another. The "dead" Emile Parker frolicked with none other than Barry H.O. only days later. She looked none the worse for wear, necessarily coming straight from the morgue. That was her dad that had to do tremendous dramatics to get into character after being caught on camera laughing and smiling.
Oh, and the dead principal? She obviously was fit enough to be used as a crisis actor in the following year (upper left), for the Boston Bombing.
I’d go further and investigate parents, local law enforcement records, FBI records, all school employee records.
This case has Deep State coverup footprints all over it, which means that nobody can be trusted and every bit of information needs verification and double verification and triple verification.
I only trust data I can personally verify.
My starting point is that absolutely nothing happened and the entire incident is nothing but a Deep State narrative.
What is truly scary about incidents like this is that any whistle-blower can be quickly silenced with threats to indict them as an accessory before, during and after the fact.
Since the entire thing is just a narrative, it is a trivial exercise for the corrupt state police to add a paragraph fingering any potential whistleblower as a criminal.
Folks here in CT know that—so anyone who knows anything is keeping their mouths shut.
I believe are at least a couple of kids possibly mislabeled there, but not all.
Those compensation checks—for which the money was long-ago spent, I’d wager—surely all came with toothy promises of non-disclosure.
Correct—the Deep State uses carrots and sticks.
Carrots are always the first choice, but the recipients are almost certainly told that a stick will always be there for them and their families if they get off the reservation.
One has to think that
