It’s an old war.

Thought there was an earlier incident at Blythe but could be mistaken.

Caliscum been thievin’ from the rest of the West for a long time. In addition to screwing up the country in general...

Yeah, they’re so “conservative”, they hire half the illegals in this state and agitate endlessly for more while dumping the social costs on the rest of us.

We appear to be witnessing a man-made famine in the works.

Of course that would mean a whole lot of folks would have to move out but that is happening anyway.

No, it would just mean they have to turn off their fountains, let there man-made country club lakes drop and stop washing down their drivewaves.

There is zero water conservation taking place in So Cal.

Yes, they need to think about water differently, but TPTB won’t, because they like the power it gives them.

The powerful Los Angeles Metropolitan Water District (MWD) has been waging war against senior water rights all over the state for many years. This is not a new thing. Not at all.

From 2015:

https://www.waterworld.com/technologies/article/14069868/senior-water-rights-curtailed-in-california

A recurring mantra from MWD is “One State, One Water” and they use this mantra as they claim water from all over California. They call themselves ‘stakeholders’ in someone else’s water but quite noticeably no one else is a stakeholder in LA water.

What’s worse is LA is working on a national grid of water pipelines whose purpose will be to pump water to LA when LA wants it.

“Next they will put meters on private wells with remote shut-off capability.”

Hate to tell you but that already happened last month.
