When you read the history of the event you see how the Marxists really want to gin up a race war today. What happened is 19 year old black guy was accused of assaulting a white 17 year old girl in an elevator. The Black community, gets an armed group together & goes to the jail house because of rumors of a lynching. Sheriff talks & white group shows up. Sheriff talks them down & groups start to clear out but as it happens with hot headed men a skirmish and the resulting deaths are 2 black men & 10 white men! The white community is outraged at the ass whopping, organizes a vigilante attack on the black community. 26 blacks & more 13 whites ended up dead during the retaliation. But the white’s riot left many homes & businesses in the black community destroyed & people homeless. You’d think there would be some wiser heads since the 2 young people that set this off, well that was resolved. The girl never pressed charges & the young man said he tripped. It was an accident you see. Yet Stacey Abrams wants to make a big race thing out of it.

Actually, it was because the grifters wanted $50 million for reparations or there would be no show. Nobody ponied up the money, so the perma victims are VERY OUTRAGED. I wonder what is going to go down in Tulsa in the next 2 days...Maybe they will storm old Creeper Joe’s ‘private’ tour of ‘Black Wall street’ (gag me). That would be fantastic.
It was done by Democrats. Split the bill among Democrat voters. You could probably even do it at the polls (only the white ones, of course). Instead of Jim Crow you could call Joe White Pigeon.

There was evidently a high degree of animosity between the two sides well prior to the riot. We don't know if the black crime problem back then was anything like the level it is now.
Maybe I’m being unintentionally selective in what I’m reading but everything I’ve read over the last couple of days indicates that the blacks started a war they were unable to finish. One article said the blacks were trying to prevent a lynching of the black youth accused in the crime, because the townspeople had lynched a white guy a couple of months before. That doesn’t sound particularly racist to me. Anyway, I thought only black people were lynched! /s/
It is well known (among people who pay attention) that black crime rates are much higher than whites, with blacks accounting for over 50% of all homicide and robbery arrests.
The FBI started doing their “Uniform Crime Reports” in 1930.

Interestingly, near the end at PDF page 1086, it lists the arrest stats by race in 1936, with per-capita breakdowns.
Back then, native-born whites had a homicide rate of 5.0, blacks 31.3. Robbery rate: whites 12.4 black 44.7.
Go down the list, and the black rate (per 100K population) is several times the white rate.
Apparently, blacks HAVE ALWAYS had crime rates several times the white rate, even before the Welfare State could be blames for it.
This could explain the irritation that white Tulsa residents had for their black neighbors.
Well then, they have no right to complain if white people decide to “redline” their neighborhoods to keep blacks out.
