Any person who isn’t in the courtroom every hour of every day and listening like a juror to a case has no business commenting on the guilt or innocence of a defendant.
These juries always see more than we do (full videos instead of clips, etc.); that is why the LA cops were acquitted with Rodney King, and why other cops walked.
MSNBC assumes the jurors must rule based on MSNBC broadcasts rather than the facts and evidence presented in court; they rile people up/stoke the race war when it doesn’t work out.

It sounds like this Leftist is getting concerned that the real facts about Floyd’s death are being aired and the viral video will not be enough to convict.
And the ‘expert’ witnesses by the defense have not yet taken the stand.

I have been watching the trial off and on. The prosecution has their act together and the prosecution witnesses are killing Chauvin defense experts.
I predict 2nd or 3rd degree and once the cities do not burn an appeal 3-4 years from now and he is let out on lesser charges.
Is the jury sequestered...or, are they watching this stuff on TV? This doofus may have just guaranteed an acquittal.

I do not believe the jury is sequestered. On Thursday one of the jurors was put on the stand and questioned by the judge about a text message from the juror’s mother to the juror that said: “Bad day for the defense”

I also would like to know if this will happen. When ME Dr Baker was on the stand, Nelson did ask him about the conversations he had had with the Hennepin County Prosecutors.
