There is one anomaly that doesn’t make sense to me. At at least one point in the video, the camera homes in one one specific worker. If these were just surveillance cameras, that wouldn’t happen. Makes me wonder if this camera was being directed by a person, i.e., undercover operator. No, you can do that with video editing software to magnify portions of interest. It doesn't increase the resolution though, so the magnified image is blocky.

It’s not clear if election workers knew they were being recorded on camera. ROTFLMAO - they didn't know. If they had known they would have covered the cameras.
