Trump complained about the process in Pennsylvania:

But Pres Trump should know PA has "Established Law" WRT vote fraud. "Established" occurs frequently in the US Constitution,
used there to mean: "to settle firmly, to fix unalterably; as in to establish justice, which is the avowed object of the Constitution."

ESTABLISHED LAW IN 1994 CASE: After hearing Republicans testify during a four-day civil trial, Federal Judge Newcomer ruled
"Substantial evidence established massive absentee ballot fraud, deception, intimidation, harassment and forgery," for example:
<><> Democrat William G. Stinson patently stole the election from Rep Bruce S. Marks in No. Philly's Second Senatorial District
<><> Newcomer ruled the seat was stolen via an elaborate fraud;
<><> from the get-go, Dem election fraud encouraged hundreds of residents to vote by absentee ballot;
<><> Democratic campaign workers oftentimes forged absentee ballots;
<><> many forged ballots contained names of non-residents, those in prison, and a deceased voter.
<><> Rep's pointed out door-to-door solicitation by Democrats was impermissible under the state election code,
<><> PA's law stipulates the County Bd of Elections "shall deliver or mail" ballots to a voter.
