A Senate committee investigating a string of emails about the Biden familys foreign dealings has so far found nothing that could invalidate their authenticity, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) told The Epoch Times.
Johnson, who chairs the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, confirmed during an interview that in addition to material extracted by a Delaware computer repairman and exposed by The New York Post, the committee has just gained access to a new cache of information about lucrative deals overseas involving the family of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.
Now we obviously have access to what we see in the [New York Post story] there, Johnson told The Epoch Times American Thought Leaders, adding that the committee has also obtained information from the Gmail account of Bevan Cooney, a former business partner of Joe Bidens son Hunter Biden.
Cooney, who is currently serving prison time, recently revealed he allowed investigative reporter Peter Schweizer to retrieve 26,000 emails outlining how he in 2011 helped secure a meeting between White House officials and a group of Chinese industrialists.
We do have access to Tony Bobulinskis information, Johnson continued. He provided a thumb drive to our committee yesterday, and were going through, and were validating it. Bobulinski, who describes himself as a former partner of Hunter Biden, said at a Thursday press conference that he met Joe Biden in May 2017 and discussed a range of issues, including a deal with SinoHawk, Chinas largest private energy company at the time.
What I can say about all of those sources, were continuing to do our due diligence to verify and authenticate the genuineness of those emails, Johnson said. And to date, we have found nothing that disputes them. All weve found is verification, validation of their authenticity.

Joe Biden said in the debate that the whole thing was Russian disinformation.
When you cant trust the FBI whats a man to do ?
Fox news reporting that Joe Biden name isn’t on any of them
which is blowing up on twitter to deflate the issue
(Yes I know “Big guy” is)
and Johnson said that he was going to talk to him today but the FBI did
Jonhson said he HOPES to talk to him next week
Face it, the story is dead as far an election issue
Joe the plagiarist Biden never ever took money from a foreign source. He just took a cut off Hunter.
Another question, when would be the best time to release the evidence to maximize its impact on the election? I'm enjoying the slow release so far. There seem to be something new every few hours. I don't think we can depend on the NY Slimes or Washington Compost to report on any of this. The news outlets that already have access to the evidence are rolling out stories after they have done their research. I'm thinking a dump of all the information will not produce greater public knowledge. Certainly some FReepers would read it, but a Biden voter is not going to go through all that information.
Do it, but not all at once - release some each day next week to keep the news cycle going.
People are complaining that nothing is being done fast enough for their tastes. The way I read this is that the Deep State is locking as many doors as they can to stimey the investigations. So, the “good guys” are releasing all the information that they have and are trying this is in the court of public opinion - which is many ways is more powerful than the courts.
OK Then, The E-mails will be in Russian, right?
Or they’re not. . . .
That’s what I thought. Hunter took money that was his and Joe Biden’s share of the deals. Then he sent Joe’s share later. What they need to do is to find financial records of Hunter Biden sending Joe money.
There isn't a politician in Washington — or anywhere else for that matter — who doesn't employ a bag-man.
I think Hunter mentioned this in one of his text messages to a family member. He was basically supporting the entire extended familys lavish lifestyles.
I wonder if the fbi knew that?
I doubt its dead- then again i never had any hopes there would be an investigation or anything of the sort before the election.
Fact is its already done damage.
We keep getting new surprises.
Without a forensic audit of the entire Biden crime family for the past several years, it would be very difficult to figure out the facts.
Hmmm—sounds like a fun job for the IRS. My guess is they could find a few million owed by the Bidens to cover their expenses. :-)
Release them all now—it will take everyone days and days just to wade through all the info...
I want to know what Joe gave to those countries in exchange for the money. That’s a point Trump can hit. What did Joe give them? Was it our manufacturing base? Is that why we democrats block energy production? Did he give any weapons info? Why were our medicines and PPE all outsourced? His bribe taking has hurt us, and that has to be said.

To my childlike intellect, the easiest trail would be to walk the cat backwards to the source of the payments to Biden. Ask the source of the payments if he ever met with Joe. If so, let the truth be told.
“What they need to do is to find financial records of Hunter Biden sending Joe money.”
I wonder if criminals keep actual financial records relating to their ill-gotten gains. They’d have to find some kick-ass forensic numbers guys to do a deep dive into that mess.
Although, these yahoos don’t seem to be the sharpest tools in the shed. It might be easy to follow the money.
