In some way, yes, and in some ways, no. As long as the rank and file do not care what the higher ups say and still go about their job with the dignity and professionalism, in the end they are the winners. We/They all know that change always comes to those who wait.

I am really troubled by the absence of East Asian males in the NBA. A clearer example of racism cannot be found!!!
The problem is all of these white bread liberal ####s have never stepped foot in a project.
I have many times.
One would not believe what does on and how life is lived in many instances.
The kids almost have no chance.

I put a lot of time into 2 kids there. 13 and 15 when we met.
I won’t be in contact with them anymore and I can only hope that what I taught them sunk in a little.

He wants 'the most capable members of society' which means merit.
If the most capable are White do we discriminate against Whites just to have racially proportional representation?
