I don’t recall Epstein ever going on record. If he thought waiting and keeping his mouth shut alone in a “secure” cell would work, well, too clever by half.

I think they ‘got’ Seth to send a message to the other brother and others working on the I-T team. Seth probably got picked because he was slightly easier to get to than his brother.
It’s a slightly different situation. This computer repair guy is not working for anybody so far as we know and what he release is gone. He can’t do any more damage than he’s already done.
If they do anything it will be to get their inside cronies at the FBI to charge him with something. Then some lefty judge will order him held without bail. Then they’ll slow walk the prosecution to exact maximum pain. And if he gets killed in jail? Well, nobody can prove anything.
Just my opinion.
