The following apparently happened in Portland. Or Seattle. Does it matter? Both cities are led by antifa mayors and city councils, which has led to their streets becoming war zones for about two months. Leadership matters, and neither city has any in its elected positions.
As the video below opens, the rioters are shining industrial lasers at drivers’ eyes as they converge on the truck. The use of lasers can blind the drivers, and it constitutes assault. Portland rioters, perhaps the very same ones in this video, have at least temporarily blinded several federal officers who were protecting the federal courthouse, which the rioters repeatedly attacked and attempted to burn down.
Shining lasers in people’s eyes is also cowardly, but these are commie rats. Being cowards is their thing.
Individual Americans’ responses to these rats matter, too. If a crowd of them manages to surround your vehicle, very bad things can happen.
One of the rats pulls a stunt he seems to think will go well. He plops a scooter bike into the path of the pickup truck, counting on the driver in the soon-to-be surrounded vehicle to respect the bike, which is now forming an illegal barrier in a public street.

It’s a matter of time on target. A multi-watt lab laser burns much faster than a fractional-watt pointer.
That is why defensive driving instructors often teach a method to safely get around improvised barricades. In such a situation it is a good tactic to quickly back up and turn while backing to clear the front of the vehicle from the obstacle. The turning motion can also clear anyone near the driver's side door.
Then drive slowly but continuously forward without hitting the obstacle, and slowly enough that people in front of the vehicle can move out of the way. Driving away too quickly can cause people trying to block the vehicle to get jammed under it, which can lead to the same problem the truck driver had. To escape you want to be able to continue driving.
If someone climbs on the hood defensive driving trainers recommend just continuing to drive away. At some point they will decide to get off the hood, or simply fall off.
Of course the best option is to be aware of trouble spots and avoid them.

They are being paid by Obama and Soros. Organizing for America is their employer. I know they’re eligible for benefits but I’m not sure if they’re eligible for unemployment benefits.

I used to sell insurance in the City and County of San Francisco and I would often go into bad neighborhoods by myself. Not recommended by anyone interested in safety, especially nowadays. I had a red Celica which is a fairly small car. I remember especially one day I returned to my car and was surrounded by black teenagers who started rocking the car back and forth once I was inside. I had no choice but to drive. I locked the doors and just drove slowly forward. I didn’t think anyone would want to get run over and that they would get out of my way and that is what happened.
This was back in the 90s before they perfected their sport I guess.
According to news accounts, after the initial assault by rioters (who busted out the truck windows before the motorcycle got dumped in front) and the truck sped away with the sparks flying, the rioters copied down the truck's license plate and immediately began doxing the truck owner.
The rioters did that within minutes, doxing the driver's identity. Time for the victim's friends to dox the bike owner, and perhaps torture him for eternity.
Hey, they were just messing with you for fun's sake. I did some ride-alongs with a police lieutenant in those bad neighborhoods of SF (also in the 90s). We would stop across the street from the projects and black hoodlums were openly selling drugs across from us. They would smile and wave at us, and continue doing what they were doing.

Interesting. . .back in the 60’s my father used a different method. Drove up on a street riot in DC near Walter Reed. Mobs beating vehicles and pulling people out of their cars. . .my dad told me he “downshifted to second and hit the gas,” knocked the rioters out of the way. Thought he drove over some rioter’s legs, but not sure.
The little 1966 Volkswagen didn’t get a scratch or a dent.
A snowplow should be used to plow the shitheads that crowd the streets in Portland, Seattle, Minnepopolus (greek/muslim city) in Minnesota, and Chicago. Lasers? Shoot early to dissuade the trash, your eyesight may depend on it.
