A New Jersey Staples shopper with her nose poking out of her mask pushed another woman to the ground, breaking her leg, after being told to keep her uncovered schnoz six feet away.
The social-distancing encounter unfolded just after 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday at a Hackensack location, where the unknown assailant improperly wearing a mask walked up a 54-year-old woman using a copy machine, police said.

I just read the womam was faxing.
She told the black woman “You are endangering people”. She has a broken tibia and will have a steel plate put in her knee.
Told police she had liver transplant 4 months ago.
She came up behind her after the old cane swinging lady harassed on her about her mask. That is according to the witnesses who were standing right there.
The old lady initiated the whole thing, introduced the weapon into the dispute, and paid the price when her ass could not keep up with her mouth.
The black lady only disarmed her she did not attack her. Self defense is still legal in every state in the union.
Why is minding your own business a lost art these days.

I 100% agree with your take on what’s happening to society and who’s doing it to us. I don’t think finger-poking lady is an example of how to deal with it.
Personally I like the silent-stare approach to Karen types and other idiots. Not an angry stare a stare with no emotion in it. It’s amazing how wobbly even a fit young guy will get when he realizes that he has no idea what I’m thinking. Give them nothing and they have nothing to stand on. Nothing to grab at.

Hey, I’m not trying to make enemies. It is an old, tired joke though.
My favorite use of it was by someone who asked if I took it from the villain in Matrix- it predates Matrix by quite a lot. Maybe the (I assume) liberal Matrix people used it for the villain because of me?

Honestly, I am not physically confrontational, unless refusing to back up would be considered so.
I may be puny but I give it all I’ve got and so far [furiously knocking on wood] it’s worked for me.
I have a particular issue with this crap because of hubby.
Without warning, Walmart *once again* changed their enter/exit policy and he had to walk in 100 degree heat, with CHF all the way to the other end of the store, because there were no parking spaces up that way at all.
Then they sprung the “newly implemented after being gone” mask jazz on him, despite signs plainly stating that people with health conditions are exempt...and he’s as ‘exempt’ as it gets.
Affirmative action mask police had him so upset that he was about to give up and go all the way back to the car without getting what he needed, *only* available there.
Something inside me snapped.
It’s one thing to bully me around, but him?
Totally different and I scared the herd behind me with my rebellion.
Before they could lay paws upon me, I stomped into the store and hunted down a manager, who came out, saw what was happening and let us in.
My old man was shaking and beaten by this power-tripper treatment.
I will NOT stand for that, no matter what happens to me.
So, anyway, there’s the backstory for some of my attitude.
