No. It’s true. I just watched it in action at the Governors Mansion in Georgia, and they’ve done none of the basic things you suggest.
Will the mayors declare their cities “riot sanctuaries” and not turn over the Antifa invaders to the feds?
No doubt the FBI already knows about the thug network in great detail, but to prosecute might also involve exposing a few in the DS.
