Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak ordered all nonessential businesses in Nevada to close. Casinos and gaming operations are included in the order, to be closed by midnight Tuesday. This includes every casino and gaming operation in the state of Nevada.

The U.S Supreme Court should have little to say on this matter. This is State government use of police power and their power over intrastate commerce. As far as our U.S. Constitution is concern, this is a 10th Amendment matter, it is between a States government, the State constitution, the States courts, and the people of the several states. As long as there is no unlawful discrimination in these orders, it is not the Federal governments business.
That’s so depression era. Today, it’s brother can you spare a square?
The interesting thing about this order is that the casinos with Macau operations should do just fine. Well over half of their profits come from those divisions, which are open for business. They will help these companies survive the shutdown.
How about morgues. They have to be full by now.
