Actually, what we should do is tie foreign aide to the requirement that wet markets, make the sale and eating of wild animals such as bats, monkeys, etc, illegal. Meaning none compliance means no money.
The people at the Chinese Foreign Ministry are retards. Trump doesn’t need a reason to enact a 100% tariff on Chinese goods. They have just given him one. Typically, the Foreign Ministry is dovish whereas the Defense Ministry is hawkish. If this is the Foreign Ministry in action, you gotta wonder what the Defense Ministry is thinking.
Actually, cutting off all foreign aid would be much better.

If the Chinese are innocent in this bioweapon release on humanity, why did they not act like innocent victims and immediately allow U.S. and other world medical officials on site? Their behavior strongly indicates they had something very sinister to hide. Plus, their P4 lab just happens to be at the outbreak site. It’s outrageous that human beings would even screw around with such deadly bioweapons. Well, I have no problem with cutting off foreign. As you said, most of it’s stolen anyway. But sadly, diseases borne by wild animals and passed on from the grossly unsanitary wet markets to humans doesn’t remain locally. Invariably, they spread world wide.
