I would not be surprised if some of the Dems walked out on the President. And there will be attempts to embarrass the President in the gallery, I am guessing.

This gives the Democrats and Never Trumpers one more Hail Mary that Trump May say something Tuesday night at the State of the Union to sway votes. It also allows the media to discuss non-stop the impeachment vote and how horrible the Republicans are before and after the State of the Union. Bet Schiff is given the role of responding to the SOTU address.
Thats just a formality. Pelosi is a nobody. The President has total control over the SOTU address. I hope he delays the address and I think there is a very good chance he will.
