Sondland kept saying “they” wouldn’t give him access to his records. In the afternoon session when Sondland’s testimony was over the Republicans read a just released statement (they said it came out during the break) from the State Department that Sondland has not been denied access to his emails or any documents.
I am not sure what was going on with that.
