Fiona Hill, former National Security Council senior director for Europe and Russia, will testify before the House Intelligence Committee on Thursday, Nov. 21, in the impeachment probe into President Donald Trump. Hill told lawmakers in closed-door testimony last month that then-national security adviser John Bolton expressed concerns that the Trump administration was trying to pressure Ukrainian officials. The focus of the impeachment inquiry is a July 25 phone call in which Trump asked Ukraine's president to investigate 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden.

Wow, she loves to talk. That has to be making Schiff nervous.
she did say that about growing up..but that has long been gone.
I watch brit shows most of the time through free Acorn TV and sometimes through paid Britbox and the typical low level accent is different than hers
Lived in Europe for 5 years, non government job, worked with all nationalities .
Theres two forms of english from friends developed over time from the UK...
the queens - like hers, more pronounced , sounds important but once you realize its BS easy to see the attempt to put on “ airs”
The short preciseness is to cause you to think I dare not question...
The commoners - more guttural... think deplorables.... the real people
i pity her husband...
I’m not seeing how she is supposed to be helping the dimocrats. She’s just another unhappy employee that thinks her opinion is more important than it is. She’s not making any sense. Just rattling and prattling on and on and on.....
I can’t WAIT until Jordan’s turn comes!
THE BATTLE OF THE ACCENTS
It’s going to be GREAT!
Who was offered a job 3 times by the Ukraine government.
Every single one of them has thought they were more important.
can't stop laughing at your observation...it is spot on..
now her words are just a blur as I'm waiting for a *ding*
he is spending his time going after gay dude.and boy look at him smirk
Jordan nailing him on the call that his boss didn’t even bring up the call.
Why didn’t Taylor bring up the call?
The OP says " Hill told lawmakers in closed-door testimony last month that then-national security adviser John Bolton expressed concerns that the Trump administration was trying to pressure Ukrainian officials."
I think she's there to speak about the tone of the relations with Ukraine, and whether there was any general pressure being applied, not necessarily specific to the phone call.
I think this means that Schiff is moving the goalposts away from the quid pro quo of the specific call, and is now trying to establish a general policy of pressure towards Ukraine as background context for the telephone call. Schiff is trying to set the narrative that Ukrainians felt the pressure anyway and didn't need the specific quid pro quo in the specific phone call to feel pressured by President Trump to comply with his "favors."
Vindman, the Lt. Colonel of the United States.. he was offered the defense secretary position of Ukraine
This has gone from the “Gossip Girl” impeachment to the “Feelings” impeachment.
Went on vacation and assumed some other guy would mention it.
Watching the Crown on Netflix now
History of Queen Elizabeth from childhood through now the 1960’s
Last night in episode 3 or 4 it was all about a coup to take out the then prime minister.
Complete with pompous bureaucrats, a complicit media, leading the way...
You would have thought it was todays hearings.....
All in all an entertaining series, showing the warts of the Royalty, and some humor along the way.
Great portrayal of Churchill by John Lithgow...
highly recommend if you like that stuff.
It’s unfair to discuss whether Vindman over identified with Ukraine, because she and her staff members are loyal immigrants or something. She’s a jerk.
