Report: 84% of Women Fail New Army Combat Fitness Test
CNSNews ^ | November 8, 2019 | Kharen Martinez Murcia

(CNSNews.com) – In a new report, the Center for Military Readiness says that 84% of women fail the New Army Combat Fitness Test and that “all military officials should drop the ‘gender diversity’ agenda and put mission readiness and ‘combat lethality’ first.”

“It makes no sense for recruiters to devote more time and money recruiting ‘gender diverse’ trainees who are more likely to be injured, less likely to want infantry assignments, and less likely to remain through basic training or physically-demanding combat arms assignments for twenty years or more,” states the CMR report .

On the other side of the issue, the Department of Defense Women in Service Review says it “conducted an extensive review of all laws and policies concerning women in the armed forces” in 2011 and 2012, taking into consideration “the outstanding performance of more than 280,000 women who deployed and served alongside men in Iraq and Afghanistan.”

As a result, in 2016, after what the DOD describes as “five years of extensive research, analysis, and scrutiny,” the Department decided to eliminate restrictions on what positons women could hold in the military, opening 213,600 positons that had been closed to women and 52 “closed military occupational specialties.”

According to the Department of Defense , 16% of the overall active duty force is comprised of females, with 170,000 women enlisted and over 40,000 women officers.

“[T]hese occupations, positions, and platforms will be available for the assignment of all men or women who meet the validated occupational standards,” said the DOD report. “Anyone, regardless of gender, who can meet operationally relevant standards, will have the opportunity to serve in any position.”

The Center for Military Readiness argues against policy changes to allow women to serve in the infantry or in “direct ground combat.”

“Pentagon leaders pushed for gender quotas of 25-30 percent of women and 10 percent in the Marine Corps,” which the CMR says led to lowering the requirements with the implementation of the “gender- neutral” Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT).

In this ACFT, women have “a high failure rate,” states the CMR report. The final results will not be released until October 2020 but the report contends that the results will not change “the inevitable: more female injuries, less-demanding training for men, and overall standards that are ‘equal’ but lower than before.”

“Women are serving with courage as they always have,” said the CMR. “But in two major categories – unequal physical capabilities and sexual misconduct – signs of a failing social experiment are increasingly obvious.”

Patsy Schroeder.

But she was just a Congresswoman. She could push it all she wanted, she couldn’t set policy. It took one or more of the fools that we sent to the White House to do it.

You left out the 120 degree heat, 100% humidity, crotch and foot rot, and often as not, dysentery. Then the biting flies, the leeches, the snakes, the pounding rain that lasted for weeks.

Eating food from cans that were packed before we were born, sleeping maybe four hours per day and patrolling all night.

The booby traps and mines and Panji Pits that littered every trail, the little bastard with the PE scope waiting his chance to put one through your head.

All that, and the warm welcome waiting for us when we got home.

Great stuff! Small wonder all those young ladies want to share the fun.

And at the end, after numerous females taken prisoner and they come back with a baby. . .

Brian Mitchell, Weak Link book, documents all the significant areas where physical standards were lowered to accommodate females.

For example, the 2-man litter carry is now, by the book, a four-person litter carry. Last I heard after being removed from a line unit.

In the USAF, a co-pilot on a KC-135 used to be required to use hefty leg muscles and arm strength to fly the jet if two engines on one side failed or were shut down—females generally didn’t have the strength so they basically removed that requirement. I could go on. . .

And the FBI, boy howdy, I spoke with a senior FBI Special Agent and he confirmed the fact that females are not required to be able to clear their handgun. Nope, they get passed out of the Academy and hit the field. I could go on. . .

No argument, but she was the first voice I remember that put it in the public eye. Keep it out there and her yammering about it keep it going. As always happens eventually a policy maker caves. Reality be damned! The “V card” is almost as good as the “race card”.

“One of the first women to sign up to become an Army combat engineer is now considered a deserter after being AWOL for 30 days...’After 30 days in AWOL status, a soldier is considered a deserter, and a federal warrant is issued for his or her arrest,’ Wood said...The Army opened the 12B combat engineer MOS in June, said Kelli Bland, a spokeswoman for U.S. Army Recruiting Command.”

“but the Israelis appear to handle them OK so lets take a page out of their book.”

You need to be aware Israel stopped putting women in line units, in combat roles. All the socio-physical arguments we put forth the Israeli’s dealt with them and now assign females to support roles. Of course, they also discovered more soldiers were hurt or died when sub-human muslims discovered the unit they are facing has Jewish FEMALES in it. Argh. . . to be captured by a Jewish female would be a monumental insult so they fought on, harder, to avoid being captured by a Jewish female.

....Navy Lieutenant Kara Hultgreen....I hope her name is never forgotten.....yes, Patsy Schroeder basically threatened the Navy brass that Kara “WOULD” get her Wings of Gold and become a full-fledged Naval Aviator, despite her proven and repeated deficiencies during her flight training... unfortunately, Kara is no longer with us to discuss this matter further.....

She weighs 30 lbs more than her combat load out.

How does that work?

Thanks...From your excerpt I and Mrs. jaz couldn’t agree more, your link doesn’t work or I’d have read the whole article.

The Mrs, (54 years) was an Army WAC enlisted nurse when we married and has some first hand knowledge about it as does the female Marine.

Patsy wrecked the Navy for the Tailhook “scandal” that wasn’t. The bimbo that narc’d and went straight to Patsy, she was pissed because the male aviators apparently did not take her seriously.

The money quote. And exactly as it should be.

Well Chain I didn't want to paint too rosy a picture for any lasses with their eyes on combat arms.

But I did leave off the obvious caveat that the difference between an Army Sergeant and a Marine Gunney was like night and day comparison. Woe to the Gyrene or Grunt that flagged early on a 10k hump. Army would call in an evac or vehicle pickup, I don't even want to guess what the Gunney would do.

There are no women in Israeli combat units - when it was tried it was a huge failure The women do other jobs.

Is this the new dumbed-down test like that simplified version the Rangers adopted? You know...to help out those who are no different than men.

Gotta keep up that PR mantra about diversity.

I read a CEO message that referred to our “service women and men.”

Though they are a fraction of the forces percentage-wise and in terms of deaths and casualties, the PC police have somehow jacked them up to top billing, reducing men to the add-on.

The CEO is a feminist-pandering jackass.

Women in Combat: The Question of Standards, by Jude Eden.

The link above should work. Great article, using data from a comprehensive study done in the late Nineties.P> Interestingly and unsurprisingly, the link that was hosted on an Army website no longer works. They removed it, apparently.

And unsurprisingly.

Comically. Her Dad showed me a picture, the kid is lost among the gear. But she did it, toughed it out and passed boot camp. She’s in a support desk jockey roll now. She’s in it for the 4 years and the GI Bill for college. Smart kid with a plan, unlike other millennials I know.
