In 2014, Joe Morrissey, then a 57-year-old Delegate to the Virginia General Assembly, plead guilty to a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and was sentenced to 12 months in jail (with six months suspended) because of a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old office assistant at his law firm.
On Tuesday, he won his election to Virginia Senate. I'll give you one guess what his political affiliation is.
That's right, he's a Democrat. And he won his election with more than 60 percent of the vote.

Disgraceful -- yes. Perversion -- no.
With a large age discrepancy between sexual partners who are both physical adults, it is obviously an unconscionably self-centered act by the older partner, and almost certainly a sign of mental or psychological impairment, but it is not a perversion.
Perversion would be if the younger partner was post-pubescent or younger, or of the same sex as the older partner.
That being said, a Republican would never, ever get away with this.
The democrats rules are simple. They see Republicans generally believe in Judeo-Christian principles and the rule of law, so democrats make sure to hold Republicans to those standards. Democrats believe that they are descended from primates, there is no God, the ends justify the means, and laws don’t apply to them. And they behave accordingly.

I have a suggestion though.
Maybe Lobotomization would be a solution for those who cannot suppress the urge to have sex with children.
Incarceration appears to only enhance one’s resume.
It would certainly be cheaper for the American Taxpayers to Lobotomize pederasts than to have to pay for their 3 hots and a cot for years.
Also it might bode well to put shock collars on Pederasts if they get with so many feet of potential victims.

The GOP’s utter abandonment of Virginafornia is disgusting.
A governor in blackface, a Lt. Governor accused of rape (credibly) and now this. Yet, the GOP did nothing.
Soros and Holder/Obama are busy rigging states and the GOP does nothing. The Supreme Court has ruled that the courts play no part in drawing district maps. So what do the libs do? They take a restrictive view of the decision to say it only applies to federal courts, which is admittedly the proper interpretation. Thus, they have their even more partisan State Courts draw the maps.
Does the GOP do anything? No. Rather than taking a more expansive reading of the Supreme Court’s decision to apply to all courts and ignore the state courts, or impeach their judges or take other action when the state courts try to interfere in drawing maps, they curl into a ball and accept extinction.
Losers. Just plain losers.
Oh, and if you want VA back here is one solution. Drain the swamp by moving many of these government agencies to middle America or closer to where the constituency they supposedly serve lives and works. Can’t be accused of cutting government, just de-centralizing it. Ghost town Northern VA and then see how VA swings.
Maybe it will work, maybe it won’t, BUT DO SOMETHING!!!
