Giuliani associates arrested boarding international flight with one-way tickets, prosecutors say

Two associates of Rudy Giuliani made their initial appearance before a federal judge on Thursday, less than 24 hours after they were arrested on campaign finance violations while trying to board an international flight with one-way tickets at Dulles International Airport outside of Washington D.C.

Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman appeared in federal court in Alexandria, Va. to face a four-count indictment alleging that they, along with two other co-defendants, conspired to violate a ban on foreign donations and contributions in connection with federal and state elections.

The two men remained mostly silent during their appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael Nachmanoff, who set their bond at $1 million each. Nachmanoff said he was reluctant to agree to a bond package but noted the mens' defense team and the government had agreed on it.

Terms of bond included $1 million per suspect and the surrender of passports and all other travel documents, as well as travel restricted to the Southern District of Florida and Southern District of New York. They also will be subject to home detention and GPS monitoring, according to the agreement.

Both Parnas and Fruman are expected to remain in custody for at least the remainder of the day, until the terms of the bond are met.

Associates is a Vague Term

Sure is. Dig hard enough and you'll find some photos of me enjoying a few drinks with old high-school friends who actually have some pretty serious ties to the Mafia.

Sometimes purchasing one ways is cheaper. I have frequently seen it when using sites to find the best deal.

I doubt that is what they were doing, though.

Oh, how I wish our side had a few take no prisoners types to exact long overdue justice.

Now, Rudy’s reputation has been smeared by guilt by association tactics.

Moreover, PDJT just told reporters in his departure gaggle, en route to Minnesota, that Trey Gowdy won’t be able to start work on his legal team until JANUARY!!!

POTUS said that there has to be a two month waiting period according to lobbying rules.

This gives the liberal media a story for smearing Rudy Giuliani. It matters not to them whether Rudy was involved in the supposed illegalities.

It also serves as a warning shot for any other foreigner who might consider helping President Trump or Giuliani.

When are FReepers FINALLY going to learn that Rudy Giuliani is neck deep in the globalist cabal?

The guy had a starring, central role in the Twin Towers operation.

Did you all forget that?

He’s been tethered to Trump in a Deep State operation to bring Trump down.

And it’s going to work.

Start preparing, it’s getting realer and realer.

I'm still waiting for the Obama campaign officials to go to jail for their illegal fund raising over the internet back in '08. Maybe someday soon. Any day now...

Obama Accepting Untraceable Donations

Washington Post
By Matthew Mosk
October 29, 2008

Sen. Barack Obama's presidential campaign is allowing donors to use largely untraceable prepaid credit cards that could potentially be used to evade limits on how much an individual is legally allowed to give or to mask a contributor's identity, campaign officials confirmed.

Faced with a huge influx of donations over the Internet, the campaign has also chosen not to use basic security measures to prevent potentially illegal or anonymous contributions from flowing into its accounts, aides acknowledged. Instead, the campaign is scrutinizing its books for improper donations after the money has been deposited.

The Obama organization said its extensive review has ensured that the campaign has refunded any improper contributions, and noted that Federal Election Commission rules do not require front-end screening of donations.

In recent weeks, questionable contributions have created headaches for Obama's accounting team as it has tried to explain why campaign finance filings have included itemized donations from individuals using fake names, such as Es Esh or Doodad Pro. Those revelations prompted conservative bloggers to further test Obama's finance vetting by giving money using the kind of prepaid cards that can be bought at a drugstore and cannot be traced to a donor.

The problem with such cards, campaign finance lawyers said, is that they make it impossible to tell whether foreign nationals, donors who have exceeded the limits, government contractors or others who are barred from giving to a federal campaign are making contributions.

"They have opened the floodgates to all this money coming in," said Sean Cairncross, chief counsel to the Republican National Committee. "I think they've made the determination that whatever money they have to refund on the back end doesn't outweigh the benefit of taking all this money upfront."

I’m up for looking at everybody’s associates. Shall we start with the Clintons or the Bidens?

Kind of like Hillary and Bill were associates of Anthony Weiner, Jeffrey Epstein and Harvey Weinstein? Two are convicted child sexual predators and one is a charged rapist.

I thought these guys were from Florida. The indictment lists a few tangential acts as having happened in NY. So, first thing their defense should do is ask for a rule 21 change of venue.

Conservatism, constitutionalism and the GOP itself appear to have been hi jacked by slick talking corruption, incompetence and dishonesty. Only fastidious continued sipping of the cult koolaid will make an otherwise reasonable and objective person live in complete denial of these basic facts, turning them into enablers and lemmings. Wake up.
We have a lot of trash to take out on our side or we are ALL going down in 2020 to the Demoncrats in a big way.
