Another interesting question: if Trump is indeed removed and then wins the election, will the House impeach again?
Seems pretty clear that impeachment proceedings are not judiciable and even lists the reasons why not.
But the Constitution is clear that impeachment is for "high crimes and misdemeanors" and if there are not, then the House, if it impeaches, and the Senate, if it convicts, have exceeded the powers granted under the constitution, which would make it a justiciable issue.

But you have underscored one argument that I have made. The Senate has the power to dismiss the bill of impeachment out of hand and without an adversarial hearing and presentation of evidence before the full senate.
I'd love to know what Putin and Trump discussed over Ukraine. As far as I can see, the capture of Crimea a few years ago was a security move by Russia.
When Russia captured Crimea it was a one and done deal and it was finished. I think we would have done the same thing if we saw a threat from Cuba -- we did in the 1960s.
Russia is almost landlocked -- they are strategically bottled up in the Baltic and Black Seas. Recently saw some news about Russia trying to pave a northern passage for their merchant ships across the frozen seas above Mother Russia.
Wherever the Clintons go, there's trouble, extortion, fraud, murders, and unspeakable crimes.
Another good reason for Trump to ask for more "investigations" of the dirty tricksters.

We can think what we want, but the fact is that the media is spinning their narrative and is being successful in moving the public to be more accepting of impeachment.

Rudy made a reference right at the end of an appearance over the weekend that spoke to the dismissal of a case which was to be followed by one that involved Manafort somehow an led directly to Soros. The interviewer wouldn’t touch it.
