Schiff tweeted verbatim in August the charges against President Trump that are in the leaker’s complaint in September. This plot was precooked because they knew Mueller’s investigation was a bust.
Someone should be charged with seeking to overthrow the results of the 2016 election. And the list should start with Hillary Clinton.
The document was clearly changed to accommodate the secondhand claimant. The other problem is whether the claimant is cover under the protection even if he/she hand firsthand information.
The claim involves the a president of the United States so the claim should have went directly to the Justice Department not to the ICIG. This matter was outside the IC jurisdiction. Schiff needed this to come to his committee since he was to be the point person for impeachment all along. He is clearly behind and aided the whistleblower.
Some one should challenge the claim of whistleblower status in court to bring the claimant into the light and all of his sources and advisors. This person can’t be allowed to remain anonymous.

Atkinson appears to be an OKAY guy.
It appears there was discontent among the CIA agents about reporting an abuse. These CIA agents could have been democrat, Deep State actors pleading and cajoling the new boss, Atkinson, to change the rules for reporting. Atkinson, being a nice guy who wanted to make things better at the CIA, fell for those bastids’ complaints.
That is one scenario that may have happened. Deep State was very pervasive and persuasive at that time, the early days of the Trump administration.
