I’m so sick of tyrannical politicians infringing on an actual right....I don’t care what the polls state or what you’re feelings are, you want to rid of the 2A, then take the proper steps outlined in the Constitution.....stop bypassing it!
BTW, if you want proof this is not an epidemic and a way to confiscate guns, here’s the FBI stats on this so called “pandemic”:
67% of “homicides” are suicides and our suicide rates are lower than Japan, Iceland and France.
18% of “homicides” are justifiable or self defense-—Police, citizens, security, etc.
That leaves 15% of this bogus 33,000 number——which almost 92% is gang and drug lord violence in the strick “anti-gun” cities of Chicago, Baltimore, Camden, ACY, San Fran, LA, Oakland, Trenton, etc. That leaves about 396 murders per year via guns. Knives are 4X more as are blunt objects.
Also, we’re at 1940’s levels of “gun violence” and dropping. Enough with this BS
We should be thankful that the 2A explicitly listed is in the Bill of Rights. Otherwise, we would have been disarmed decades ago. And we would be worrying about the 1A and the slide towards tyranny.

True——but they’re pushing hard. In PA, even the Republicans are on board with this Red flag BS. This is very dangerous and there will be bloodshed when these Red flag laws are enforced. 10 Years ago they could have gotten away with this BS——Now, people are on to them and we are regrouping.
And the Founder most responsible for the Second Amendment even being in The Constitution is James Madison. All the other Founders were for it but felt it was a given , that it would be self evident that fire arms ownership was a right but Madison insisted that it was spelled out clearly in The Bill Of Rights.
