Complete Colorado reached out to Weld County Sheriff Steve Reams to get his reaction to the situation. After sending him the Snapchat post with no context, the outlet asked Reams for his interpretation of the post. He said he thought it just seemed like a kid excited to go to a firing range. When he learned about the school district's response, he expressed disbelief.
"This is exactly the mechanics of the Red Flag Law," Reams told the outlet. "Someone filed an anonymous complaint, without the other person knowing it was being filed, but instead of him being deprived of his Second Amendment rights, hes being deprived of his ability to go to school without due process."
The teen simply "exercised his First Amendment right to use his Second Amendment right," said Reams, adding, "I hope this doesnt make him fear that in the future."
Even the Weld County Sheriff thinks this is crap.
1. Hire team of lawyers.
2. Sue the school district till they vomit.
3. Private school.

a protocol that must be followed when a report of a threat comes in through Safe 2 Tell or other means, even if the report is completely false and there is nothing parents or students can legally do about it, even with a lawyer,” she reports.

As long as the school follows it’s “safe 2 tell” bit, no suit against them will succeed as long as they review they vid and see it’s not a threat and reinstate the kid.
The only way to get rid of commie bs like this is to use it against commies. Since “safe to tell” is anonymous, residents should find out who the commie parents and teachers are and pull the same stunt.

2nd amendment lawyers already said it was in the school’s right to do this.
Everyone knows going in or should what can happen.
That’s why higher learning is becoming more and more of a waste

I’m thinking that an enterprising set of students are going to find out about the automatic suspension policy and start “reporting” on their friends when they feel like they want a day off.
Friends are auto suspended per policy for approximately a week - during which they can do whatever they want and then - because it was all fake anyway and there is no evidence - they return to school with no detrimental impact.
On the other hand - I could easily see a bunch of jerks using it to bully people they have been bullying in other ways and then laughing about it.
Since the report line is anonymous they should never be able to find the people doing it.

I don’t oppose lawsuits against socialist libtards.
I’d go after them personally and in their official capacities.

I blame this on social media. People need to stop posting their lives and just live them.
Oh, and the school administrators are a bunch of retards.
