Come on, don’t tell me that anyone here seriously thought the outcome would be anything but what it was.

I don’t mean to be insulting folks but I think most of the freepers should be old enough to know this was the predetermined outcome.

American jurisprudence is dead. I don’t know how long it has been dead, but as I sit here today, it is dead.

From now on the chasm will only widen between the 3 systems of “justice” in America — brutal on the poor, strict on the middle class, and non-existent for the rich and powerful.

I knew America would become thoroughly corrupt but we are decades ahead of where I would have thought we would be. Back in the 1980s, I thought we were still a good 75-100 years from total corruption. It took only 40 years for the collapse.

Nothing left to do but await the 2nd coming of Christ my Savior.

Comey and the others are above the law. Nobody will be prosecuted for spygate/soft coup on President Trump. Everybody is going to skate.

America is a banana republic.

All Republicans in both the House and Senate should offer a resolution calling for Comey to be prosecuted and force a vote. Make the Democrats declare their position on this matter of Comey and his crimes.

Come on Republicans - leak classified documents! You must be sitting on some hot stuff. It’s Ok. The DOJ just sanctioned it.

Did you really and truly expect him to be? At one time, fool that I was, I expected Hillary Clinton to be prosecuted for just one of her crimes. I have since came to my senses.

My question is who does the average joe have to talk to about getting in on the Get Out of Jail free justice track? Who? What agency? What is the cost? Who do we bribe? It’s clear there are three justice systems:

System 1: the elites and deep state who are simply not prosecuted no matter the evidence or the crime.

System 2: illegals who can rape, assault and murder with impunity because they are illegals.

System 3: those of us stuck with the laws on the books who are at the mercy of the elites and the illegals. We bear the cost in money, blood, treasure and jail.

In one failed swoop the elites have removed the ballot box and the jury box as options for input and choosing our leaders. They are forcing the ammo box upon us and they want that next. Trouble is they are leaving those of us in System 3 no option.

Each time that criminal activity is revealed, we must expect it to be met with prosecution, conviction, and a stiff sentence.

I’m not ever going to quit hoping for justice to prevail.

Each time it doesn’t happen, I will be just as disgusted as the last time.

What is there without hope? Not buying into the idea we should just give up.

I demand justice. I will not accept criminal activity out of the criminals, and then out of our public officials as well.

Laws are applied to Republicans all the time. Trump’s former staff members are prosecuted. They go to prison. They are even held in solitary confinement to break them mentally.

Barr may not grasp this, but the rest of us have, and he has just consented to lower the standards at Justice, to the rock bottom.

I’ll never accept it.

Our nation will never be better than we demand it to be.

Don’t you remember the media coverage and the pix of all the charred remains of illegally converted AR-15s recovered from the ruins of Waco?

Right...Me, neither...Promotions and decorations for valor all around for the Feds...Waco and Ruby Ridge did it for me...

But . . but . . .The Q-tips assured us “it’s coming.”

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I'm surprised to see you joining the whining "Are we there yet" class.

Are you seriously upset that Barr didn't prosecute Comey for this pissant leak of his own opinions and hurt feelings?

We want him behind bars for much greater crimes than this.

He who laughs last, laughs best.

Only the Q-tip frauds are laughing at anyone who believes for one second a single one of these coupsters will ever pay any price at all.

Meanwhile, the rot that has infected DOJ has damaged everything from the vote fraud investigation to non-prosecution of Antigua to letting sanctuary cities run wil.

Enough Q-tip crap. Reality.

I agree with your analysis...the leak is pissant.

As FBI director, one would expect that Comey would be smart enough to keep the memos unclassified while being damaging to President Trump. One would also expect that Comey would know of a way to leak the memos with committing a crime.

Most of us believe that Comey committed a crime. IMHO, Comey's crime would be difficult to prosecute & get a conviction.

Here is the standard: if this had been done against “the first black president” do you think a single one of the couosters would be walking free today?

Waco and Ruby Ridge did it for me...

I thought I was a cynic before those two sickening events. Yeah, well that's when I left cynicism WAY behind.

I occasionally refer to America as a banana republic in this forum. I don't feel that I am using hyperbole to make a point. I honestly believe that is just what this country has become.

I'm not young, so I may not be around for what I see coming. But if I am, I am going to do my damnedest to administer some payback before I leave.

Comey is laughing right now, but I don’t think he will continue to do so.

The point is that none of the potential prosecutions will be that effective if they are treated as island events.

The objective, I believe, is to prove a major conspiracy occurred with the goal of subverting the lawful processes of the United States government and Constitution if not, arguably, overthrowing the lawfully elected government via fraud, espionage and abuses of power.

Everybody is disappointed that nothing has happened yet; but, I suggest we understand that the Comey leaks would be a de minimis sideshow as compared with the return of Rule of Law via rounding up and prosecuting the whole conspiracy.

No.It’s obvious now.
*Awans walked.
*Deep Stroke walked.
*Pageboy walked.
*Brennanskie walked.
*The Clap walked.
*Now Comey (Scrotumtoter) walked.

How many people have to escape punishment before your “island events” become a continent?

A much, much more logical take is . . .

NOT.ONE.WILL.GO.TO.JAIL.
