Has anyone actually read the El Paso manifesto?
The Washington Examiner ^ | August 7, 2019 | by Byron York

Posted on 08/10/2019 7:11:06 AM PDT by Oldeconomybuyer

The manifesto written by accused El Paso mass killer is the basis for the argument that the shootings were inspired by President Trump. Media commentators, Democratic presidential candidates have made that case in the days since the murders.

Since the manifesto has become such an important part of the moment's political debate, it is worth looking at the whole thing. And the impression one gets after reading the manifesto is quite different than some press accounts.

First, to be clear: The manifesto is insane. Part of it discussed commonly debated issues such as the environment and the economy in ways that are well within the boundaries of political conversation going on today — indeed, that might have come out of the New York Times or many other outlets.

Crusius worried about many things. He certainly worried about immigration, but also about automation. About job losses. About a universal basic income. Oil drilling. Urban sprawl. Watersheds. Plastic waste. Paper waste. A blue Texas. College debt. Recycling. Healthcare. Sustainability. And more. Large portions of the manifesto simply could not be more un-Trumpian.

Crusius ended the manifesto by saying he expected to be killed in the attack. As it turned out, the shooter was not, and he is now behind bars. He said his actions would be misunderstood as being tied to Trump.

That was the only time Trump appeared in the manifesto, and it appears clear that Crusius borrowed his "fake news" characterization of the news media from the president. But that is not what Trump's critics have charged. They have charged that Trump inspired Crusius to kill. They have charged it so often in the last few days that it has hardened into a general perception that Crusius was inspired by the president. But read the manifesto. It's just not there.

Fact is, the El Paso shooter did NOT espouse white nationalism so much as the he espoused white eco-terrorism.

This was not a killer who cited to any of the usual muses of mass murder: Marx or Nietzsche or Mao.

This lunatic cited Dr. Seuss, and was killing in the name of “The Lorax”.

And hope this piece of sh*t has fun rotting away for the rest of his life at Colorado supermax 23 hours a day in a cell the size of a closet.

I read it. It is the ramblings of a lunatic. He is suggesting we split the country into four parts:

Whites, blacks, hispanics, (and I cannot recall the fourth part.) He did not suggest which group would get which part.

The boy is nuts.

“They intend to use open borders, free healthcare for illegals, citizenship and more to enact a political coup by importing and then legalizing millions of new voters.”

This is DEAD-ON, and sorry for the analogy. This is the Democrat end-game - we ignore it at our own risk. This is the first time that I’ve seen the word ‘coup’ used, but it makes perfect sense.

I can see why the media is spiking his manifesto.

I agree. He said he “respected” all races, but he thought (just like a lot of our contemporary black racists) that they should have separate territories, and the thing that he hated about Hispanics was that they had too many children and families and thus were going to use too many resources. He was opposed to intermarriage because he said it would lead to the reduction of species diversity (huh? all humans are the same species).

He was a Margaret Sanger-style population-control eugenicist, just like the Unabomber, who hated everybody. And btw, the El Paso murderer also killed some non-Hispanics but that didn’t matter because race or ethnicity wasn’t his real schtik: it was simply by shopping at Walmart that they revealed that they were not the right enlightened sort, and thus not fit to breed, living lives not worth living (an opinion held both by Hitler and Margaret Sanger).

The killer was brought up in a (no doubt leftist) family where his father made a living on phony crystal “therapies” that invoked various “elemental forces.”

If you really wanted to describe him accurately, he was an eco-terrorist.

The owner of 8Chan has already came out and claimed the manifesto was not from Crusius. And this would be easy for a webmaster to chase down in most cases. If a user posts something from one verifiable IP address location and then 5 minutes later posts from a verifiable address 2,000 miles away, they were not posted by the same source. Or if a user has always posted from one demographic area IP range and this one post is from a totally different IP area range then more than likely the sources are not the same.

Even more solid would be actually making an IP address connection with another different user on the site without any doubt of who the source truly happens to be. This would be irrefutable evidence.

A good bit of the “manifesto” mimics (paraphrases) Ted Kaczinski’s “manifesto” which was totally ECO- enviro whacko stuff from a guy who lived in a dirt floor cabin and had an outhouse— back to “nature”.

So yes it was mostly about eco-threats and enviro terrorism— from a white male.
But, as has been pointed out— he couples this with the invasion tactic of illegal immigration and these illegals voting for whom they are directed/paid for... and thus is the democrat’s plan for a coup.
Maybe nutso about the environment— but not about the coup- hence the Media not playing it— for that is what the dems are trying to do.

SO— WHAT has Pence been doing about this? Having been assigned VOTER ID and Election Security (yes- each State has it’s rules— but.... how MANY do NOT have voter ID? How many are “mainstreaming” with driver’s licenses.. clearly illegal aliens... using the “due process” they created to do so— resettling etc.)

THIS is a useful question from the looney posting of the “shooter” who had better be allowed to talk before the juice is given him.

Don’t get your hopes up. The Norway killer was silenced as part of his punishment and will remain drugged up in jail for the rest of his life. The last thing the Left, the VERY LAST THING that the Left will permit is debate on their re-population efforts, as that is their Final Solution, and they will allow NOTHING to get in the way of it.

Time to invoked the Zangara Rule. 35 days and executed.

Giuseppe Zangara shot Anton Cermak, the mayor of Chicago, on February 15, 1933. He was tired, convicted, then execution took place on March 15, 1933. Even that is probably too long, but a vast improvement over our current situation.

The legacy media will feed us their spin on this and then demand that the document be purged from the internet so as not to “glorify” the author.

Yes, that “manifesto” is of questionable origin. The owner-admin of the 8chan site where it was posted says it was definitely not uploaded by the shooter; it came from another source or via an unrelated path. And if you read it (as I have), it certainly doesn’t jibe with the shooter’s posts on social media.

Put this on twitter and re-tweet all of these. Everyone do this.

As to the VOTER ID question— the point is CA has motor voter ID with obviously faked addresses for the illegals— and NO affiliation of the driver’s licences used that way— with a Precinct (a SINGLE) precinct. The “address” is “legitimized” though not verified as such, and the illegal is then bussed to any number of precincts who accept the “new arrival”-— these are rubber stamped as needed by the biased elections Boards of counties and municipalities. Voter Fraud.

Again, the question— what has Pence done? What is being done. And another— how about Soro’s Secretary of State(s) program influencing each state’s certification of the election in their state.

This is a question that should be brought up at the SAME time as anyone who would have to have a “I’m not a mental patient” card.. affiliated with an address and a (dare one say it— social security number)— but NOT done for a Voter ID and precinct. The Constitutional violation of Rights in this regard is monumental— but NOT one that a LEFT judge would argue with, being part of the “movement”.

Just like a lot of contemporary white racists. We're talking about tiny fringe groups in either case, but there are many more white racists who talk that way than blacks. It's not always about "supremacy" nowadays. Saying races aren't necessarily superior or inferior but should be kept separate is common among many white racists.

If you really wanted to describe him accurately, he was an eco-terrorist.

If you really wanted to describe him accurately you'd get beyond the "either this label or that label" thinking. He was a nut, and like a lot of nuts he took ideas from many different sources. There's been some talk about whether the killer actually wrote the manifesto, but if he were truly an "eco-terrorist" he would have chosen a different target.
