Chick-fil-A is officially America's favorite fast food restaurant.
The fast-food chain beat out reigning champion In-N-Out, and took home the top spot on Market Force's Fast Food Market Research Report. Market Force evaluates input from 7,600 consumers to assess the winner.
The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) also named Chick-fil-A as America’s favorite restaurant for the fourth year in a row.

Can’t say I care much for the product of either one. Both are extremely limited in their selections. CF-A employees are exceedingly nice though.

Concur, where I live in Germany you have McDonald’s, Burger King, or KFC. The Germans, with only a very few and far between exceptions, can’t make decent burgers or chicken sandwiches. I love German (specifically Swabian) food, but you periodically need that taste of home.
When driving, we opt for McDonald’s unless someone we know recommends a place. Fortunately, I’m going to the D.C. area for work next month and there is a Chik-fil-A nearby.
Can’t wait.

Try the peach shake if you haven’t already. Unbelievably tasty.
The message is that exceptional customer service and cleanliness will get you into the top 2. Both restaurants are do a great job in these two dimensions.
I’ve eaten at a Chick-fil-A. If it weren’t for FR, I would never have heard of In-N-Out Burger.

Stick it liberals!!! GOD rewards those who love Him and The Chicken folks have that vote!!! Our brand stinking new Chick-fil-A is about ready. The parking lot is paved. Jacksonville State University is soon to start classes and our small town of 12,000 here in Jacksonville, Alabama has had our population nearly double with the college coming back in season. The Chick has built this new restaurant over the summer and it is about ready to open. We will probably not be able to get near it for the first month or so, especially going to work/school each morning and at noon lunch time with the college kids coming out for lunch break. That is okay, we will hit the drive thru which will take half an hour to get thru, but that is fine, just not having to drive 35 miles to get to the nearest store will be great. We will have our own!!!! YEA!!!
