Black support for Trump, or at least their growing disdain for Dems, is often rooted in a very real resentment of the foreign invasion of this country. While Americans of all stripes lose jobs to foreigners here, blacks can probably see the real impact most. I can’t think of a single field where I see less blacks now, coupled with more Hispanics. Whether it is in low-skilled work (service industries) or government jobs, they’re being replaced very quickly - and they see it very clearly. They know they’ve been dumped for the new, more numerous “minority du jour”, and no longer pay heed to the mantra that they have nowhere else to go.

Blactivists are becoming more vocal about removing white women from the list of “preferred minorities” in this country; they see no “historical discrimination” that even comes close to what they endured until 50 years ago, and know that plenty in fact grew up fairly well off (at least by comparison). Race & gender politics have really come back to haunt Dems; far too few blacks (especially men) saw any reason to support Hillary in 2016. In fact, they were key to her losses in PA, MI, WI; I’ll give them credit for that.
