If you stand back to review this. Family ‘A’ gets approval (we don’t know how or if money was paid)....that part doesn’t matter. This type of fraud against the U.S. happens all the time. There’s no 3rd world asylum seeker who doesn’t know this. The U.S. govt is apparently not equipped to figure out that people are marrying U.S. citizens as purely a business transaction and pretending to be married just long enough for the impostor to gain a brand new identity with a new social security number and new name.
