AUSTIN, Texas — DNA kits that were supposed to be heading to a Texas Department of Public Safety crime lab from San Antonio ended up in the Texas sun under a mailbox. Clint Hudler contacted KVUE Thursday, saying he was walking to get his mail when his four-year-old daughter found five DNA test kits inside a mail carrier box underneath the community mailboxes... According to Austin police, officers came and collected the kits and took them directly to DPS. "Anyone could grab it, anyone could tamper with it. Anyone could take one dispose of it," Hudler said. "I mean, so many things could possibly happen with it ... a child could get it." Hudler said a post office worker came Friday and told him the kits were left as outgoing mail. But he said that doesn't quite add up. "The fact that it had a return label from San Antonio, I believe it was [a] District II parole board, it just kinda caught me off guard that they're saying it was sent from here," Hudler said.
Mail carrier should be fired. Why the heck were these in a mail carrier box in the first place?

Oh well, Kamala Harris refused to fund the DNA processing of rape ID kits in California.
“Unprocessed DNA/ID rape kits in California while Kamala Harris was the state AG!”
“Kamala Harris protected a lot rapists while serving as California’s AG!”
If she had done her job as our state AG, there would not be hundreds if not thousands of DNA/ID rape Kits not processed due to quote lack of funding.
Maybe some females in California and the nation can bring this scandal forward after Kamala conveniently forgot about them.

So did former County sheriff Joe Arpaio. Arpaio also didn’t investigate child molestation cases either very well.
Just doesn’t happen on one side of the aisle.
It’s extremely difficult to believe this all was a mistaken delivery.
This was done deliberately for some purpose and involve more than just one mailman.

It would not be surprising if it were shown that organized crime had significant involvement in the operation of the post office.
Both need to be exposed and if there is evidence of criminal behavior, charged with a crime and taken before a court.

It’s hard to do much investigating when no witnesses or “complainants” would talk to the police.
