NBCs Law & Order: Special Victims Unit is really stretching that ripped from the headlines mindset with its latest episode. Not only does SVU maintain the media lie about the Covington Catholic kids (this time with Jewish students), the show also manages to play defense for Rep. Ilhan Omar (with a Muslim councilwoman standing in for "Native American elder" Nathan Phillips). Who knew you could fit so much intersectional dishonesty into one hour?
The May 9 episode Assumptions opens with two Jewish teenage boys running from a vandalized synagogue where we find Muslim Councilwoman Nahla Nasar (Nazneen Contractor) has been raped. Since one of the teens, named Ari (Ted Sutherland), wore a red cap, a narrative quickly forms, especially when Nasar points him out in a lineup. This boy grabbed my hijab and spat in my face, she says. These people are Islamophobes. It's in their blood. One of these boys must have raped me.

The Leftists are just evil. There’s no getting around it.
There’s no lie big enough, no deed nasty enough for them to take a pass.
Good idea !
This will make the Covington kids case against even CNN and the WaPo stronger by showing how extensive and damaging the lie is.
Synagouge of Satan writers.
Some people did something over there.
L&O has always been a leftist preaching platform. They always lace it with Rat BS.
I watched it when Fred Thompson was on it but had to stop. All they do is bash people in the South and lawful gun owners.
Synagouge of Satan writers.
Yep - also they can now queue up the Fonzie gif.
NBC is being sued by Sandmann for $275,000,000 along with WaPo and CNN. More to follow.
Two things come to mind.
First, you’d think the production company would have had second thoughts about the script after the lawsuits filed against CNN by the Covington student. Second, why would NBC even consider running this episode especially since they were just served in a lawsuit.
Since the storyline is so thinly veiled as to the origin, it looks like the kid has an additional company to sue and can use NBC’s airing of the show as part of it’s “malicious disregard of the truth” standard in his lawsuit against NBC.
Kid is going to be very wealthy when this is all over.
Never saw an episode.
They’ve recently filed a $275 Million lawsuit against NBC, along with the ones against WaPo and CNN
The article states that, at the end of the show, it’s discovered that the councilwoman lied about the teens.
Comcast pissing on us every damn day.
NBC is Comcast
They were trying to get the “truth” out? In their lame brains anyway. Proably thinkin’ (?) “We’ll show those punk Christians a thing or two.”
Someone did something...
