These polls are geared to push the only seemingly non-socialist to be the nominee. I think the DNC knows America will not vote for an openly socialist president and they need to sink Bernie.....again. The Bernbots are going to be ticked and hopefully stay home or come out for Trump.
So, after about a week of reading about Biden still making gaffe after gaffe and being the complete moron that he’s always been. Reading about how he was slurring his words at a recent speech. Barely being able to halfway fill a high school gymnasium. It should be as clear as day, why he’s in the lead and why he’s being pushed so hard on the Dem voters.
He can be controlled. God forbid he wins. He will just be a mouthpiece(crappy one at that) for whoever the puppet masters are, no less than the previous occupant of the White House. Nothing more. The Dem’s will pick a guy that is going to be controlled by a person, or persons, in the background. That is it.
The other couple of dozen candidates, they might be able to be controlled at some point, if they make it that far. They will attend a private meeting and be told what is ‘really’ going on. But, even then, some of them are such loose cannons, the powers behind the throne, right now, can’t trust any of them. But they can trust Ol’ Uncle Joe. He’s been a moron from Day 1 and will continue to be. But at least, he’ll be their moron.
Where’s the Diversity?
It will be relegated to the bottom of the Ticket. A token.

If Biden peels off just a few percentage points AND/OR Trump voters do not go to the polls because they are angry or disillusioned (no wall, caravans, no health insurance for starters)--Biden pulls it out.
Though, I am still not convinced it will be Biden.

Its way too early in the game to conclude that. Attendance at his events has been light. He’s and old face that is temporarily a new face. He’s already run for president twice.
Biden, the irrepressible gaffe machine, is just warming up for another failed run in my opinion. He’s also carrying a lot of baggage that is going to be problematic for him.
Here’s the simple truth.
Short of a complete economic collapse before next November, NO DEMOCRAT can win... and the smart players know this.
in the last 120 years only 4 first term presidents have lost re-election and 3 of them were purely due to the economy. American’s don’t change direction in the White House without a big reason to, generally crapola economy.
So, a Dem winning the White House is a non starter. The entire purpose of the opposing Candidate in a midterm election is simply to keep the party out of powers base motivated, so that their loss for the White House doesn’t turn into a down ballot route as well.
The smart Dems, the ones who truly want the White House, will only stick around long enough to build up a bit of national organization and make some connections/face time with donors... then they will get out of the race. Because they know 2024 is the real opportunity and they can’t have a prayer then if they have the millstone of losing to Trump in 2020 around their necks.
Only the dumb firebrands will stick around thinking they can actually win... OR someone who is well past their prime and knows the role they are playing and will do it out of party loyalty. Joe Biden is playing the latter role so far in this “passion” play, but there are a few other party guys who have officially announced, but really poll at nothing numbers, to take this place if Biden stumbles. The role of the firebrand moron? Well take your pick, much of the rest of the field falls into that category.
As to Hillary stepping in? No doubt she wants it... hell she’s dreamed about it since she was in college... but I just don’t see it. The whackadoo base bet their lunch on her last time, even though most of the real whackadoos didn’t like her... I don’t see them coming to Jesus again for her.
The smart Dems know that most of their candidates are whackadoos who play well to their base, but will NEVER EVER attract the working class White Voters, that have been abandoning the party slowly for decades, and that Trump worked to bring to him. People like this will NEVER prevent the down ballot massacre from happening... So the party will absolutely try to push the old past their prime party loyalist to the nomination.
It will be fun to watch.... Biden just stated the first thing he would do is repeal the Trump Tax Cut.... and honestly slurs his words and mis speaks often.... So I am hard pressed to see how Biden survives to the nomination, particularly when its the whackadoo left that has been attacking him the hardest. He will clear away some of the dregs, but honestly most of the dregs were going to wash out quickly no matter what.
No matter what happens 2020 will be entertaining... While 2016 was entertaining, Trump rapidly made minced meat of the GOP field... He and Christie both had the IT factor... No one that I can see has the IT factor on the Dem side.
I suspect a McGovern/Mondale type of route.. obviously due to the nature of our politics today it won’t be 49 states, but its going to be UGLY for the dems.
Oh and a little nugget, right now, Trump is polling better than Reagan at this point of his first term and Obama at this point in his first term.. and that’s without question while he faces the most non stop negative press against him...
There is no path to the White House in 2020 for the dems, short of a complete economic collapse.... Anyone telling you otherwise, is wholesale ignorant (hillary will win in a landslide) or is flat out lying to you.

Remember when they asked Dole “what kind of Republican are you?” and he answered “I can be whatever you want me to be”, meaning in that case “if you want me to pretend I liked Ronald Reagan I will”.

I wasn’t really “concluding” that. I was just making a hyperbolic statement. But I’m not kidding about this: If he sticks in this thing for very long and looks to be, at the very least, a spoiler for the “annointed” democrat, don’t be surprised if he dies. I honestly don’t think the Democrats mess around in that way. Foster, Rich, all the other Arkanside victims, etc.
When you see how far the left has gone trying to destroy Trump, publicly, just imagine how much they are willing to do under the radar. I am less likely to believe polling data now than ever before.
