Traitor McCain wrote out what he wanted after he died.
President Trump only gave his approval (as he said) to permit the outlandish hype that McCain wanted to portray himself as a person of high status.
The traitor even went so far as to request to be buried on the Naval Academy grounds... presumably to reduce the number of people who would piss on his grave.
President did say “ I didn’t get a thank you. That is OK.,”
Prez Trump has a unique way of tweeting and saying things at pressers and other events that draws out his opponents.
He then can identify who is with or against him.
