Extend the wall along the inland CA border to stop all rats from infecting other areas like the cancer they are.
My son, his wife, their family, and their company are leaving Mountain View and CA, perhaps as early as this week.

For these California migrants I recommend Venezuela, or Guatemala? We don’t want their ilk in the heart land. Oh, NYC might be nice :-).

Californians leaving CA is like someone stomping on a grease fire.
If they plan on voting for people like pelosi, etc., I hope they relocate to some state that’s already sold out to the “1984” plan, and stay away from Texas and Oklahoma.
Its OK—all the people leaving can be replaced by people from Central America! Keep California Democrat for a thousand years! In the future the state will be divided into two groups. Those who live behind guarded wall, with guards and speak English —and run things. and Those who live in squalor in big cities—working in low wage jobs or as slave labor who exist only to vote.
If they own a house, they’re sitting on a Gold Mine. Any homeowner planning on staying more than 5 to 10 years is an idiot.
Here’s why I’ll be leaving in the next 2 to 5 years - I can sell my house near Facebook’s East Bay campus for four or five times what a comparable house would be near Bellingham Washington.
If I stay, there’s about a one in 300 chance every year that the Hayward Fault will rupture and there goes all my equity.
No brainer.
