I see.
Well, CNN is where he came from anyway, I believe.
Kasich was a news anchor on CNN during the 90’s, before Roger Ailes started Fox. Kasich is used to getting paid for running his mouth.

He will no doubt expect special treatment, as though he has become a now-wisened Elder Statesmen.
“You call me ‘Governor’ when you address me!
Do you even know who you’re talking to?”

His political career just came to an end.

The logical conclusion would be that he understands that, and took the job because he was done with running for office.

Kasich is simply a ‘working-man’s McCain’. He can talk his way through GOP rhetoric but he’s simply an actor. CNN will have him around to do the election-build-up by late 2019, and through the primary period of 2020. Once they realize that viewers don’t respect Kasich...they will let the guy go and just move on.

The new governor was sworn in yesterday. Kasich can run again in 2022 because the term limit is for two consecutive terms.

Agree. How stupid.

“He has declined to rule out a 2020 primary bid against Trump.”

...then joins CNN.

Talk about mutually exclusive. He’s obviously not smart enough to understand he just did rule it out.

At least this pretty much guarantees I won’t be seeing him or hearing his transparently liberal opining and whining.

“He has declined to rule out a 2020 primary bid against Trump.”

You know, I thought well of him as a Congressman, and I thought when he became a political commentator after leaving Congress he said the right things. But I am left wondering if my analysis of him was flawed, because he’s become a loon! I am wondering once again, if I’ve been bull$hitted by another feckless GOPe turd?
Trump has done Real Conservatives a big favor by showing us that any number (maybe even most) so-called “Conservative Republicans,” have been BSing all of us for decades while they served their corporate masters. They are scrambling to do everything that the can to “thwart” Trump and “get things back to normal,” “normal” being the place where they screw their constituents after lying to them about their beliefs.

CNN is giving Kasich free air time for his 2020 Presidental bid. It’s blatant campaign contribution.
