You never see the Democrats throw their own to the wolves like this. They close ranks and downplay the offense. "No big deal. Comment was taken out of context." That's if they address it at all. And that's the end of it.

Rene Ellmers R from NC— who won her seat from a longtime dem machine Tobacco politician, and then lost it because of BOTH of their moral turpitude-— that and the fact that the “trained RN Nurse” Ellmer’s husband— a surgeon found out about it. Nothing remains secret locally in Dunn, NC once that was out. Despite denial from both— which was weak— she missed out on leadership positions, and McCarthy withdrew his name for Speaker of the House.
He has some nerve— in this sense from questioning King’s defense of Western Civilization that is European based, and included all races, but not the fanatics of either BLM or WLM. IMHO— he is a follower, not a leader. Now.. Devin Nunes-— that guy is on fire sharp and persistent.
Soooo, she lost to a true kick tail conservative, George Holding, former US Atty for the Eastern District of NC.
