Sounds like your ordinary Middle Eastern marriage. And we import thousands of these couples into our country every year, mostly Muslims who are bound to the path of taking over America.
Post the names of everyone. Then stop the practice.
Some are pervs. Some simply want to take advantage of western commerce without heed to western values. Let them stay home.
Irrespective of all other discussion on this topic, we don’t generally consider a 19-year-old to be either a “child” or a “minor.”
