Do you blame the President Of the United States for making this decision?
It is not about being who is naughty and who is nice when it comes to the American opposition media. They have created a war with the president of the United States. They report 92 to 95% negative news on the commander-in-chief on a daily basis. They rarely ever tell the American people of the good news which in turn would increase confidence throughout the nation.
So when it comes down to having a Christmas party for the same individuals is not beyond the pale to decide to cancel this annual get together.

I once worked for a small manufacturing company in Detroit. It was a union (UAW) shop. The union went on strike a few weeks before Christmas. The company’s policy had been to distribute turkeys to all employees at Christmas. Since the employees had walked out, the company informed them that it would not be distributing turkeys. Of course the employees complained to the union, and the union complained to the company. Even though the policy was not part of the contract, the company’s own lawyers told the company it should (and did) provide turkeys to the striking employees.
Take that! Fake news!

And next, Pres Trump should cancel all Press Conferences, shifting to the release of public information documents with no questions allowed. He can grant exclusive and private interviews to selected individuals if he wants to entertain questions. And he should put out a Press Release explaining exactly why, and who and what misbehavior is responsible.
