that was a good movie!!
Lesbians become doctors and nurses too
Some women believe a male gynecologist might be more sympathetic. He wouldn't think "You think you have menstrual cramps? Sister let me tell you about menstrual cramps!"
Sorry, I forgot to put your name in the To field for post 39.

When I did my medical school OB-GYN rotation some non-medical friends would ask if it was arousing. I’d disappoint them by telling them it was precisely the opposite. There are few phrases less erotically charged than “Chief complaint- foul smelling vaginal discharge”.
Ive had many male ob/gyns. I prefer them. Women are more dismissive with me and frankly I am more comfortable being touched by men! Also if you get a white male who manages to get into led school hes probably the most qualified - an unintended consequence of affirmative action.
I have never rejected a doctor based on sex or race however. I think most are very competent.
I'm a pathologist who works closely with OB-GYNs of all genders and sexual orientations. All are highly professional and leave their personal preferences at home.
He looks strangely happy in a self-satisfied way. I presume this picture was taken before the storage locker contents were reviewed.
At school yesterday we were talking about a kid’s dad, who is, in fact, a gynecologist. His mom bought him a shirt that said, “I’m not a gynecologist, but I’ll have a look anyway”. His mom thought it was really funny, but he didn’t. Shirt went to Goodwill.
Why do you assume a female OBGYN won’t be a lesbian?
In all seriousness if a doctor is good they can be male or female. I decided I like the female colonoscopy doctor better than the male who runs the department. If that’s her profession and I trust her more to be concerned about my results, why not?
I opened the tb thinking there pics...
I was referring to the dopiness of the female patients.
Mr. K asked...
"why would any woman go to a male gynecologist (especially one who looks like that)"
Back in the early 1970’s the feminists complained that the majority of OG/GYN physicians were males. The complaint was not that they were sexually molesting patients but that they were not kind, empathetic understanding or showing the proper sympathies for women. Truth is many of them were just plain bored and tuned out the patients. Well the feminists got their wish and not only are medical school classes now 50% or more female but OB/GYN has become predominantly a woman’s profession. Problem solved? Everybody now happy? Uh no. It would seem that women still go into labor and give birth in the middle of the night. Know an anesthesiologist who has witnessed on more than one occasion a sleepy female OB/GYN often a young mother herself, called in the middle of the night to assist in the birth of a nervous, young woman giving birth and not reluctant to voice her pain and discomfort. The cat fights are memorable and on occasion the nurses ( but not the anesthesiologist) have complained to the hospital’s ethics committee. Most times the baby is fine and people calm down but lets just say the new mothers are not asking their female OB/GYN physicians to come an take a picture.
USC will have to write some checks for this one.
Gynecologist? Also known as a ‘Beaver Mechanic’.
That makes me sad.
I hope she found some kind of help and regained her health.
That wasn’t her in that pic. It was a potential patient of Dr. Lazamataz.
The heterosexual nurse friend of mine said that the lesbian doctor hac soured morale in the department by repeatedly having sexual affairs with some of the nurses and then treating them like crap at work when the romance soured.
I’ve got another friend who saw the same predatory leadership in the restaurant industry with a bar staff manager doing it with gal pal waitresses.
