The draft required by a Burke class destroyer is a bit over 9 meters. The average depth of the Azov Sea is about 7 meters with that average being more like 4 meters everywhere except the center portion of the Sea and the canal from the Kerch Strait to the Ukrainian and Russian ports.
What do you have in mind sending?

We don’t have sailing rights in the sea of Azov. It’s an internal water. By the same token, Russian warships don’t have any right to sail in the Great Lakes.
