This is a dishonest article.

1) RS chose the word “wrest” to denote the action of the intern retrieving the microphone from Acosta. “Retrieve” would be accurate. “Wrest” suggests she precipitated a struggle. In face, when Acosta pushed her away she looked to the president for guidance. Lefties mocked her for doing so.

So the lefty response is to mock her for being meek and to rebuke her for being aggressive. The left does not care for truth, but rather only for power.

2) The article also says the released video was “doctored.” (Righties don't help when they describe Acosta's parry as a “karate chop.”) The video shows Acosta using the “blade” of his hand to push the intern’s arm away. Translating the video to GIF format makes it look jerky. That's unfortunate but it's not doctoring.

Question should be, “does the MSM want to sacrifice Accosta in exchange for the daily WH briefings to continue?”

The Administration are not required to have these briefings. They do for transparency and decorum. If the MSM doesn’t want to play by those rules, all bets are off.

When Trump had that presser, he spent well over an hour taking questions. And even after saying last question, he took several more. I believe that’s the way it should work, but not when it is going to be constantly interrupted by opinionists causing controversy.

They should simply say that due to pending litigation that any questions from CNN or about CNN need to be submitted in writing to the Attorneys for The Administration.
