Porn star Stormy Daniels asked a federal judge to drastically reduce President Donald Trump's demand for nearly $350,000 in attorney's fees in her recently dismissed defamation suit.
Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, argued that the $341,559.50 requested for an alleged 509.25 hours of attorney time is a "staggering and grossly inflated sum."
The proper figure is closer to $25,000, Avenatti said in the court filing Monday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.

Avennati is a sleazy plaintiff lawyer, basically the bottom of the barrel where it comes to lawyers, and takes his cases on a contingency basis. He has gotten lucky and done well on a couple of those cases, but has lived well above his means, has stolen from his partners and hasn't paid his taxes. He is consequently is a world of hurt financially. Desperate people do desperate things and we have seen a lot of that out of him the last year or so.

At two bits a piece, I'm guessing about 1,400,000.
Can she counter sue for resulting wear and tear on her keister to make back the money she now owes? Or will the judge rule she should pay it off from suitable jobs for her such as cleaning and transporting toilets for large outdoor events?

I'm starting to think that the two hustlers have an agreement among themselves that if he (Avenatti) loses....he will pay her attorney fees.
Any ethical attorney who gives you a free consultation will tell you three things: is your case winnable, if you go ahead and lose can you afford the fees and can you afford his fees if he takes it and wins.
If you don’t get that advice, that attorney should be disbarred. Michael Avenatti is a joke of a bad lawyer.
