Live in heavy libtard blue district in VA. Was surprised at the light turnout early. Was expecting more, like me, to go before work. Most people there were elderly and disabled and appeared to have some people escorting them. I heard one old guy say, "I think I was here 3 years ago for that vote." Then he said, "Cast my vote...get my (?)" Didn't hear what he was going to get because his escort distracted him.
Looks like they are dragging out the barely literate to cast their informed vote on a rainy, cold morning.

+ As a further suggestion, all FReepers who have voted should precede each post with a "+" sign (today only).
(It will be fun to see these add up!)

Polls open at 7am. I was in line at 7:10. And it was a big line. Got to the desk just after 8. Voter #201. Heavy red area (WOW in WI). I usually get to the polls about 7:20 and am in and out in minutes and am usually voter #less-than-100 (sometimes less-than-50).

Voted early in Texas. First day and the line was hugh. As we waited, conversations began to happen and literally the entire line was voting Republican. The issue? The invading horde heading to our border.
