It’s because all the rest have been registered for years it’a why California has a 110% turn out.

After living in Mexifornia for most of my life, I have watched the ballot go from something important to something Democrats wipe their feet on. So many measures, APPROVED BY THE VOTERS, have been TRASHED and ignored by the RAT Marxists that now run the state (into the ground).
