I have a confession to make. I wasn’t sure Hillary Clinton would beat Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election.
Sure, I supported Clinton, wanted her to be our president and cried for about three days in the fetal position when she lost – but I wasn’t entirely shocked that Trump won.
For years I have seen my own Democratic Party support very intelligent candidates who seem a bit too highbrow for mainstream America.
John Kerry was a very eloquent, intelligent and polished speaker who I felt wiped the floor with George W. Bush in all three of their presidential candidate debates.
I also believed Hillary Clinton was more professional and had more political knowledge and intellect than Trump, and I concluded – as polls reported most people felt – that she won each presidential candidate debate hands down.
But the American people in both of those elections seemed to feel more comfortable voting for a guy they’d like to have a beer with. That was one of the reasons explaining the success of Bill Clinton – a Rhodes scholar who played the saxophone and spoke with an Arkansas twang.
Bill Clinton was likeable. For many voters, Trump was as well.
As a Democrat, I not only want a good strong candidate to run against President Trump. I want someone who’ll win. That someone, in my opinion, is former Vice President Joe Biden.

I don’t know what Hilary Clinton is thinking, or even if she Is thinking at all. This person is clearly delusional as she has mistaken the voices and visions in her head for reality.

Dems should be thinking about who to run against Trump’s successor in 2028. Anything sooner than that is going to be pro forma.
In her mind, thats what Hill is doing. In other Dem minds, some call her visits “The Kiss of Death” on the campaign trail. She’s not getting a lot of invites to stomp for other Dems. Many see her and Bill as a part of the past, as a pair with way too much baggage.
If they want to run with Joe Biden I say, bring it on.
There are dozens of photographs showing Joe grabbing children, young girls and women inappropriately, and clearly against that person’s will. If dizzy old Joe steps in the ring, I predict a bunch of #MeToo moments, most of them long forgotten by the grabber himself. “Did I really do all that?

Biden has plenty of dirty baggage, including being a sicko when it regards young girls. He knows that would come out.
Biden would never win against Trump.
Not just no beer but no alcohol at all.
Slow Joe can’t even COUNT to 269, let alone win that many EC votes.

I think she is running. She was cheated out of nomination in 2008 and was cheated out of the presidency in 2016-at least that is what she and her toadies believe.
If there was a bumper sticker that said Hillary 2020, I would put in in plain view (not my car though).
A white man is NOT going to be a democrat presidential nominee.
I think Biden might be able to pull it off... if he could get nominated. I’m not at all sure a white male could get nominated in the Dem Party.
And BTW,sweetie....I don’t vote for candidates who call me deplorable....or “the dregs”.
