Brennan monetized his Security Clearance.

He should be dancing at the end of a Rope IMHO.

I certainly hope that Madam Hillary Benghazi and Slick do not have clearances.

I have always liked that pic.

The one to the left showing the Persian harpy is enjoyable too.

One down. Four at least (probably thousands) to go.

Somebody needs to explain to me why anyone who had a security clearance when they were working for the gvt continues to need it when they are no longer employed by the gvt.

Seems to me loss of the clearance should be part of the exit interview process.

Yeah, that’s a murky area.

I remember from the Manning and Snowden scandals, that warnings were issued, through the DoD General Counsel to the entire organization, that the information was still classified even of it appeared in the media and that, as security clearance holders, we had not been granted access to it. So you were in the protected but absurd position of saying “ I don’t know because I’m not allowed to read the newspaper, magazine, website, etc. article.” If the same information showed up on your computer somehow, it was “spillage” and you were to immediately to unplug from the network and notify security so your machine could be cleaned. The prohibition was general, so the 2 or 3 of us that actually followed the guidance, still don’t know what was actually disclosed.

About a year or so from now, I’ll be fully retired and essentially in the situation I described: no clearance, no access. It will be the first time since I was 18.

If another Snowden or Brady leak of classified information to public media occurs, is every former clearance holder who reads the subsequent articles liable if they don’t report it?

Actually that petty fagg*t Reines is the real “little b*tch.”. He has a history of very nasty and sex-obsessed tweets. He’s a true gay perv sicko.

DJT could knock this little pansy out with a single punch.

Reading something in open source is not a disclosure in and of itself, but if it contains classified info, you cant comment, confirm, deny, etc. You should report what you saw, but usually you have no other action and should not do or say anything that might corroborate the breach.

What I was referring to was a leaker giving, for example, Brennan something he could then use to his own personal gain as a media personality. If he knows that the leaked info is classified, he is just as guilty as the leaker if he does not report the leak immediately.

Yeah, we’re still feeling it every day via Obama’s OFA cabal.

Most of the cretins in that image are still working for him and Jarrett.

They had access due to the positions they held!! By being elected they are cleared. They are NOT granted clearances by the normal investigation-based process. That shouldn’t be true after they leave office, however I bet its traditionally granted to ex-Prezs & ex-VPrezs with a “wink wink & nod nod”. If true that needs to change!

There are a whole boatload of people who need a visit from the Secret Service, FBI and CIA... that is, if they were doing their jobs.

After Trump fires Rosenstein and Sessions, he needs to appoint an AG like Dan Bongino or DeGenova... tough, hardass, take-no-prisoners, sonza-beeches.

Since he is a private citizen with no clearance now, the violation, if I understand the rules, falls, not on him, but on the person who disclosed the information to him.

Exactly the point! Smoke out the traitors.

...none of their friends and colleagues who still have clearances and access can talk to them about ANYTHING classified, historical, recent, related, unrelated, tangential, etc. Nothing.

That's technically true even if they have their clearance unless they have a need to know.
