What has been seen cannot be unseen.
Pics don’t show scar so don’t really have anything to do with story, other than to show she’s slipping over the edge of sanity as she slowly realizes her dreams were thwarted by not only the operation but her deferring childbearing until later in life, just like the lefties told her she should.
Chalk up a win for the lefties on this one, for their plans of population control, while the useful idiot is left kicking herself.

I don't know much about psychiatry; I hear good and bad things about it. That said, she should take her wheelbarrow full of money and find the best psychiatrist she can afford and really have a go at it.
She's 32 years old, with any luck she has another 50 or 60 years left. It would be a shame to squander the potential of all those years as a walking, talking repulsive cluster f*ck.
What she really needs is Jesus, but perhaps that is too much to hope for.
