He turned a blind eye the illegal self enrichment that has debased integrity and now as his time draws near, he us being exposed along with like minded thie es seeking to upsure the government from a Trump presidency hell bent on flushing out the corruption starting with John in his own lifetime.

As much as I dislike McCain the senator, he did put his life on the line for this country. And as a USN Vietnam veteran myself, I won't disparage his service and sacrifice in uniform. He flew 23 combat missions over Vietnam. He spent over 5 years in a POW camp and incurred permanent injuries that prevented him from raising his hands over his head.
McCain’s two youngest sons, Jack and Jimmy, are in the military. Jimmy is a Marine, and has served tours in Iraq. John is a Navy lieutenant and helicopter pilot. His adopted son, Douglas, served as a Navy pilot.
McCain is a vile, vindictive, nasty person, but to say he never contributed anything to this Republic is simply not true. And to accuse him of cowardice is just nonsense. Anyone who flies jet aircraft off of an aircraft carrier is far from being a coward and certainly not one who flew 23 combat missions.

And that, in a nutshell, is the problem with John McCain. It was always about him. Anything that he was, or gained, or achieved in his life was because of America...not the other way around.
I understand that her father is/was the center of her world. That’s how daughters should feel about their fathers. That’s not how daughters should feel about their nation though. Arlington is filled with the remains of irreplaceable men. Somehow the nation carries on without their being among us.

I have been hoping for the day when America is without John McCain ever since he 1./ voted for the first time a ‘nay’ vote for veterans’ benefits, and 2./ The Keating Five Bank Fraud.
